About Beehive Homes of Santaquin

Santaquin marks the south boundary of Utah County's senior-care market, where the dense Wasatch Front infrastructure thins into small-town residential blocks. Beehive Homes of Santaquin works out of a twenty-bedroom property at 409 South 300 West, near the town's central streets. Families typically arrive from Payson, Salem, Spanish Fork, or Goshen via short drives. What the property offers fits inside an assisted-living license.

Personal hygiene help, transfer assistance, medication management, and meal support are all part of the daily caregiving, with shifts staffed continuously around the clock. With only twenty residents under one roof, each person's daily patterns and family details become known to the team at a personal level. Dementia residents whose behaviors remain manageable inside a residential setting can be supported within the assisted-living scope; no memory-care wing operates separately at this address.

The day tends to anchor on dining. Three on-site-cooked meals come out of the kitchen, snacks remain available between, and meals at the shared table are where the home typically gathers. Twenty-person activity programming includes family events, holiday gatherings, and outings to Santaquin or the wider south-valley corridor, all on a resident-paced schedule. The architecture reads as residential rather than institutional, with common rooms anchoring the social side of life inside the home.

Monthly costs begin near $4,000, with the final figure adjusted to each resident's care plan and the prevailing rate. There is no active Medicaid contract at this property, and pets cannot move in with their owners. Mountain View Hospital sits roughly 10 minutes north in Payson via I-15 for routine and emergency clinical care; Utah Valley Hospital in Provo is about 30 minutes north for tertiary needs.

Payson's downtown reaches in 10 minutes for visiting-family meals and grocery stops, and Santaquin's Main Street is inside a few minutes. The 300 West block keeps quiet, residential streets and easy parking for visitors. The Beehive Homes brand runs the property under a franchise model launched in Idaho almost forty years ago, which now spans over 200 small-home senior locations nationwide. What franchise affiliation contributes is shared training and dietary baselines, while each home keeps its own resident count.

South-edge-of-Utah-County positioning is what makes this Santaquin address a distinct piece of the brand's broader lineup.

Beehive has been great for my dad. Everyone is plesant, easy going and professional. I highly recommend Beehive assisted living as a choice for family members when that time arrives for them.

My parents weren't living well at home. They were not taking care of each other or themselves very well. (not to mention the house.) They were reluctant to move but they are both much healthier, and happier living at beehive homes. I can be their son again and not their care…
