I visit one of my best friends here and it is very easy to park and get into. They have a lovely deck and yard. When I was there during the hot days of June, staff had taken a large tray of cut fruits and iced Gatorade’s for the residence who were outside. Has a really good feel of lightly supervised independence. The residence had planned their own dance party and had the best time! I hope they invite me to the next one! They also have semi wild kittens they all enjoy.

This place is such a cozy home like atmosphere . The residents are such characters and are allowed to just be themselves. The owners have worked very hard to get the place looking so nice with new flooring. This is a good home.

When our mother, 91, needed assisted living we were lucky enough to find Country Oaks, in Layton, Utah. They treated her like their own family. They also told her how much they loved her, they held her hand and made sure they sat and talked to her often they would even put barrettes in her hair. She really liked everyone there. She always had clean clothes and good food to eat. As mom got sicker and sicker they increased her care even more. When we had to call in hospice the staff really did more for her than hospice did even though hospice was great. I would recommend Country Oaks to anyone who wants their loved ones to have loving care.

Great place. Management is great. The yard is professionally kept. Meals are good and on time. Residents are very well taken care of!

I'm Julie Johnson My sister in law Jolynn is suffering from what I believe to be early on set of Alzheimers. I know she is not happy living here. She needs help with her meds and can not remember taking them. This is a problem. I did come to help with a shower and the bathroom was clean. I only wiped down the chair so it smelled fresh. She was refusing to shower for 3 weeks. I do not want this place to be closed down. She has an addiction to soda and sugar which makes her diabetes hard to control. The meals are served on time and most residents are happy with them. I'm sorry she is in so much pain but I feel the state and everyone helping Jolynn is doing their best to make sure she is not more addicted to her pain medication. I have been to several assisted living places and feel those who run this are caring. I'm so sorry that Jolynn is suffering so much and can not feel like she is being helped as much as she would like.
