About Cogir of Broomfield

A walking path links the grounds of Cogir of Broomfield with Country Vista Park, a green space roughly a third of a mile from the three-story building at 4275 West 121st Avenue. The 165-apartment community began welcoming its first residents in June 2025, and it brings independent living, assisted living and memory care together under one roof. Assisted living residents at Cogir of Broomfield each have a personalized service plan, and the help available to them includes medication management, bathing and grooming support and the coordination of appointments.

Nursing is provided on site, and EmpowerMe Wellness offers physical, occupational and speech therapy on the premises. In the secure memory care unit, care follows the Revere Memory Care program, with an individual plan for each resident and staff who have training in dementia care. Meals are served at the restaurant on site, where the kitchen works from rotating menus built on seasonal ingredients and makes accommodations for dietary needs.

House-made desserts and fresh salads sit alongside the chef's specials, and beverages come at no extra charge. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are covered by the monthly rent, and dining is also available around the clock. The Signature Programs calendar sets out Forever Fit exercise classes each day, built around strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. Art and music sessions, therapy animal visits and live entertainment appear on it as well, along with monthly virtual travel and a monthly education theme.

Gardening and wish fulfillment are also part of the Signature Programs offered at the community. Dance classes and spiritual services are listed among the wellness offerings at the community. Shared spaces inside include a library and leisure lounge, a movie theater, a fitness center and a full-service salon and barbershop, and concierge services are available at any hour. On the grounds, residents have walking trails and a dog park.

Each apartment has a private kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave and a dishwasher, plus a washer and dryer, a walk-in closet and a private balcony or patio. The apartments also list a safety-assist bathroom, a walk-in shower, a walk-in tub, air conditioning and individual climate control among their features. Cogir of Broomfield is set up for older adults who want an apartment of their own in independent living, for residents who need help with medications, bathing and grooming, and for people living with dementia who need a secure memory care setting.

Pet owners can bring a companion animal along when they move into the community. Cogir of Broomfield is in the City and County of Broomfield, with Whole Foods Market and a Walmart Supercenter each about a fifth of a mile from the building, which sits behind the Chick-fil-A near the corner of 120th Avenue and Bradburn Street. Sprouts Farmers Market and Walgreens on West 120th Avenue are about half a mile away, and King Soopers on Sheridan Boulevard is about seven-tenths of a mile off.

Restaurants on Main Street in Downtown Westminster, among them 5280 Burger Bar and CAVA, lie within about a third of a mile in a straight line. UCHealth Broomfield Hospital, whose emergency department is open around the clock, is a little over two and a half miles away in a straight line. Beyond Country Vista Park, Broomfield Community Park offers another green space about a mile from the community, and Saint Anthony North Hospital in Westminster lies just under four miles away.

Environment

Three stories and 165 apartments make up the building, which opened to its first residents in 2025. Outdoors, the rooftop patio and a patio with a firepit offer places to gather, and an activity room gives residents a shared space indoors.

Services

Residents receive housekeeping, linen service and scheduled transportation, and concierge services are available at any hour of the day or night. Trained staff help assisted living residents with medications, bathing and grooming, and nursing is on site.

Resident Experience

Beyond the building, residents can join accompanied walks, cycling, day trips, park visits and other events and outings on the calendar. Outdoor group activities, organized outdoor sports and volunteer opportunities are also offered, along with the walking trails on the grounds.
