Non-existent customer service and abysmal communication with potential buyers. My husband and I (late 60's) are looking at CCRC and other multilevel retirement communities near Grand Rapids, MI because we have family in that area and would like to be near them in our retirement…
Beacon Hill is a superb facility. We had two generations of moms who spent many years there. They have superb empathy and caring for all their residents. Constantly growing and improving and how they can serve those who need help.
Both my mother and mother in law were long term residents at Beacon Hill Assisted Living. The staff is the best ever. Caring, loving, patient, supportive, helpful with physical, medical, emotional and financial needs. The trials of Covid were navigated is the best possible ways.
Independent living was beautiful with a lot of amenities and great activities. Once you get to assisted it is a musty living space with infantilizing activities like "zoo week."
We have family there and they're getting wonderful care. Food eating areas are clean and food is delicious. Glad to have my family there
