Summit Vista is Utah's first Life Plan Community, a 105-acre campus at 3390 West Signal Peak Drive in Taylorsville, Utah, in central Salt Lake County. Three independent-living neighborhoods sit around a central clubhouse, with the Meadow Peak healthcare wing on-campus running the higher levels of care: assisted living, memory care, and short- plus long-term skilled nursing.
