About The Lennox Guest Home
Many assisted living addresses scattered through Denver neighborhoods hold only a dozen or so people, yet The Lennox Guest Home houses up to 55 residents under a single roof. The property sits at 2875 W 33rd Avenue in West Highland, an area known for its tree-lined blocks and busy retail corridors. Assisted living is the only service offered, and caregivers stay on duty around the clock to help with bathing, dressing, and medication schedules.
No memory care program exists at this address, so a household seeking a secured dementia wing should look toward a community built specifically for that purpose. Every resident keeps a private bedroom, though bathrooms and showers get split among neighbors along each hallway, a setup that families have called workable given the sharing involved. Group meals take place in a shared dining room, and earlier feedback has singled out both the food and the staff who serve it as strong points.
Billing here operates purely through private funds, so Medicaid does not apply, meaning households counting on that coverage should look toward a Medicaid-enrolled provider elsewhere. Pets belonging to residents can't stay at this address, and short-term or respite stays aren't offered either. West Highland places the building close to Sloan's Lake and the restaurants and shops lining Tennyson Street, giving visiting relatives plenty to explore during a stop-in.
Saint Joseph Hospital ranks among the central Denver medical centers covering this area, sitting a quick trip away from the property. Anyone picturing an amenity-heavy resort campus should adjust that expectation, since this building keeps a smaller footprint and concentrates on one category of care delivered consistently as needs shift. Staffing here flexes to match whatever a resident requires from one week to the next, keeping the focus on steady daily support inside a single mid-sized Denver structure instead of a campus spread across several wings.
Environment
Fifty-five residents live at The Lennox Guest Home, giving it more scale than the residential-style houses common across Denver. Every private bedroom connects to hallway bathrooms and showers that neighbors on the same corridor share.
Services
Staff members remain on site day and night, handling bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and the everyday assistance residents rely on. Skilled nursing and a dedicated memory care wing aren't offered, so the community's focus stays on general assisted living.
Resident Experience
Shared meals bring residents together in a communal dining room, and earlier feedback pointed to the food and the staff behind it as strong parts of daily life. Every resident keeps a private bedroom, while hallway bathrooms and showers rotate among neighbors.

Reviews from Google
Residents smoke right outside your door even if you don't want your room smelling like smoke if you're a nonsmoker. This place would be so much better is this was not an issue.
So first impressions there are a bunch of elderly people sitting outside smoking where there are non-smoking signs. The stairs to the building are super dangerous and high. Not safe. The employees should enforce the no smoking rule because not all the residents smoke or enjoy…
Very good; great staff and good food, private rooms but shared bathroom and shower
Nice clean place
