One star is even to much. Staff have water fights in the hallways, play around all day, ignore call lights, swear and talk vulgar when Residents are around, and ignore Residents day in and day out. Management is not an example and doesn't set a standard. On one hand I can count…
The staff is friendly and good to work with. They have taken good care of my Mother.
Ryan and his team at the lodge treated my mom with the upmost respect and care for her final chapter. I would highly encourage you to place your loved one here. They will be treated with respect and dignity.
The staff was great!!!
