About Everleigh Central Park
Everleigh Central Park is a 55-and-older active-adult apartment community at 2980 North Syracuse Street in Denver's Central Park neighborhood. It is a rental community for independent older adults who want a maintenance-free home with resort-style amenities rather than a licensed care setting, so there is no assisted living, memory care, or daily caregiving on site. The community is built around one- and two-bedroom apartments with full gourmet kitchens, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, in-unit washers and dryers, and walk-in closets, and residents handle their own cooking and daily routines.
Secured, climate-controlled garage parking and complimentary home maintenance come with the apartment, which lets residents trade yard work and repairs for the things they would rather be doing. Daily life leans social and active, anchored by a heated swimming pool and hot tub, a fitness center and yoga studio, a theater and media room, a creative arts studio, a billiards and gaming area, a library, and a great room, with a community garden, a workshop, and a dog park outdoors.
The calendar runs on the EverWell wellness program and fills out with fitness and yoga classes, cultural outings, social hours, and a weekly Wine Down Wednesday gathering that residents treat as the social center of the week. Everleigh Central Park fits independent seniors 55 and older who want an amenity-rich, walkable home without the cost or structure of a care community. It is private pay and does not accept Medicaid, and it welcomes cats and dogs, with a dog park on the grounds and a two-pet limit.
The Central Park setting is the draw most residents name first, a walkable neighborhood where restaurants, salons, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a library, and a veterinarian sit within reach on foot, and HCA HealthONE's Central Park emergency room is minutes away for urgent needs. The Shops at Northfield and Quebec Square handle bigger trips, while Central Park itself, the Denver Zoo, and the Museum of Nature and Science are close for visiting family, with Interstate 70 just north for driving across the metro.
Everleigh is one of Greystar's active-adult communities, run by a national operator that manages the brand across the country, and the Central Park building pairs a deep amenity stack with a connected, walkable neighborhood for older adults who still want to do their own thing.

Advisor Insight on
Everleigh Central Park
For an independent senior who wants amenities and a walkable neighborhood without paying for care they don't need yet, Everleigh fits well, a Greystar active-adult building with a pool, a deep activity calendar, and Central Park retail at the door. It does not offer assisted living or memory care, so it suits people who live independently today.
- Best for:
- Independent adults 55 and older who want a maintenance-free apartment with resort-style amenities in a walkable Central Park setting.
- Consider if:
- This is active-adult rental living with no caregiving, so it isn't set up for assisted living, memory care, or daily personal-care help.
- Ask on tour:
- Ask which floor plans face the courtyard, what the EverWell calendar covers each week, and how home-health is arranged if a resident needs help later.
- Comparison:
- Most Denver senior options are care communities; Everleigh is an active-adult rental, so residents pay for amenities rather than care levels.

Location, location, location! We chose Everleigh because of proximity to our family and the its neighborhood walkability. If we don't want to drive, we can walk to restaurants, the vet, the drycleaners, nail and hair salons, the library, the dentist, ice cream shop, grocery…
This is an amazing community! GREAT staff and very nice building and apartments. Great place to be! Lots of activities, live music on occasion and wonderful weekly social gathering at Wine Down Wednesdays. Mark and Tristan are the staff every community should have! Rock stars!
My baby shower was hosted here in the event room, such a beautiful facility. Everyone was very nice, welcoming, and friendly. It was a very great experience. All of the employees and residents seemed happy. :)
On my first visit to the Everleigh 4 years ago I was immediately impressed by the ski lodge atmosphere of the great room. Sadly that has been lost due to the more or less constant presence of the folding chairs, etc. Moving the coffee machine into the grape vine was a mistake.…
