Montage Creek

Montage Creek sits on Sunrise Drive in Montrose, drawing families from across Colorado's Western Slope who need assisted living, memory care, or independent living without moving between separate providers as needs change. Its independent living option takes an unusual shape: instead of standard apartments, residents choose from a cluster of freestanding cottages, each with its own front door, for those who want more room and privacy than a typical senior living floor plan allows.

Memory care residents live within that same community instead of a separate locked wing, cared for by staff who already know their names, habits, and families from the rest of the campus. Because all three levels of care sit on one campus, a resident who starts in independent living and later needs more support can move into assisted living or memory care without packing up and leaving Montrose altogether.
