(Abbington Manor Memory Care, a separate 16-resident dedicated dementia building on 1500 North, also carries the Waiver but is structured as memory care only.) The Waiver covers a portion of caregiver-hour billings on the assisted-living tier; two screens have to pass first, a clinical rating that places daily care at the nursing-facility level, and household financials inside the program's published caps.
